  Touch of Gold worked with me in order to secure my partners preferred Longines watch on a tight timeline. They were excellent to deal with and made my partner and I feel like we were in very good hands during the purchase, and the bracelet sizing process. I returned about a year later to explore watch options for myself, and landed on another incredible Longines watch that I had been researching prior. Peter was excellent to deal with by showing me available options across brands based on my preferences, and teaching me how to set my new watch including the various complications. While I shopped for watches the staff provided additional value to the experience by polishing my John Hardy bracelet to restore its factory shine. In my experience, the staff at touch of Gold strive to provide a personalized shopping experience, while making the process efficient and simple. I will not hesitiate to return to Touch Of Gold Halifax in the future!

  The environment including and not limited to all employees and management are a delight to interact with. No sales pressure felt at any point during all my purchases. Peter ( my point of contact) is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional when dealing with his clientele.
