- JJJBSApr 16, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about this store! I’m a frequent shopper, and will forever be one! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with the warmest smiles, and hello’s. Special shoutout to Kim and Mia! The store is always clean, and well organized with a great selection of both women’s and men’s items . I’ve been to dozens of others locations in Canada, the US, and France.. this location is by far the best! 5 ⭐️? More like 10⭐️!!!
- NRNeeraja RajAug 14, 20241.0Really poor customer service. I love Michael Kors, but I'll never go to the Halifax shop again. I'll just order online.
- KKKelseyJan 14, 20221.0My boyfriend purchased a purse for me for Christmas. When I received the purse, I noticed the shoulder strap was missing. I emailed customer service, and they were no help at all. They directed me to their repair centre, who quoted me $75USD plus shipping and return shipping for a new strap. I’m not paying another $100+ for something I already paid for.
