- SLSarah LaingSep 25, 20262.0I typically shop at the Spring Garden location. I stopped in here and just felt a little uncomfortable. I asked an associate for a size in a pair of leggings and verified the app before going in. They weren’t on the shelf so she went out back to look. She came back about 10 mins later and handed them to me without saying anything. With that experience, I put them on the shelf and went to the Spring Garden store and had them help me out. I stopped at the mall for convenience.

- SRSophia RasmussenJul 8, 20251.0Bought a define jacket, $150+ including tax. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and haven’t washed it yet, wore it maybe 3 times and I’ve never EVER seen a jacket pill like this . I have 2 year old fabletic jackets that look newer than this, and about $120 cheaper. Crazy.
- CCChelsFeb 13, 20253.0Most of the staff do not have enough product knowledge. I wanted to buy a new sports bra for going to fitness classes and they showed me what would be best. It didn't end up working for me and I happened to visit the store on Spring Garden. The staff at Spring Garden had no idea why the HFX store recommended that product to me. Hopefully staff have received more training now.
