  Left the store at 8:25 pm after customer service did not want to assist with completing the request of monogramming a bag, insisted it could have been completed online. Stating it takes a long time to complete the process and they were closing. Did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer.

  Came in to buy several bags and other items as gifts but left emptyhanded. Poor quality for extortionate prices, no longer LL Bean. Just more mass produced trash, staffed by cold, unhelpful and rude staff at all times, who prefer to treat me as a potential shoplifter than a customer.

  Great products, knowledgeable staff and friendly. Good colours, some very new. Only issue, prices are high, although quality seems to be very good

  Nice enough store but the prices are a bit foolish. Didn't see a single staff member the entire time. I don't see us going back.
