  This is the only Lane Bryant I have been to that will not let you use their bathroom. You can see it from the floor and when I asked to use it because of the drive I made to come here since there are so few locations now they told me they can't let anyone use it. You have to go to another store then come back. REALLY!!!!! ITS RIGHT THERE!!. Will have to do my shopping at Soma from now on.

  I placed an online order for 2 bras that each were originally priced at $50 & clearance to. $25 each. I selected the option to pick up in store, since there has been a tremendous amount of package theft at my place of residence. Upon completing my order, I selected Ground shipping to the Northridge store which it quoted me 5 to 8 business days but it would be free, no extra charge. As time passed, life happened & I never received an email from Lane Bryant confirming my order was delivered to the store, and because of that I completely forgot I placed an online order. An associate from Lane Bryant Northridge store called me last week to let me know my bra's have arrived and are ready to be picked up. I kindly told her to please hold them I'll be there around 7pm after work to pick up, she said okay great. Unfortunately, a life changing emergency happened, which prevented me from picking up my order. So I planned on going the following day. When I called to update the associate that I am on my way to the store, she then informed me that my order was no longer available in the store, and that they sent it back to the manufacturer. I was extremely confused as to why because I legitimately just spoke to an associate just a day prior, and she stated my order will be in safe keeping until I arrive to pick up. I told the associate why would they sent it back, when I paid for it!?? I spent my dam money, and that was very low to do that. She claimed I waited too long to pick up, and I explained that I initially never received an email it was delivered, instead someone from the Northridge store called me to update me. For some reason, this associate was nonchalant, and vague. It is disheartening that of all the years I've spent hundreds of dollars with Lane Bryant over the years & current but something this diabolical has never happened to me. It's such a shame this is what the Lane Bryant brand has become to their loyal, black card holder customers. I never received my refund, and will dispute with my bank & make a purchase on Amazon, where my business is truly accepted & appreciated. Thanks for the let down for the bra's I so desperately needed.

  I had the most pleasant transaction with this store today, specially with Perla. A very helpful employee. She went up and above customer service and made me feel so blessed to have her take care of my transaction. Thank you Perla 😊 🙏
