First, she couldn’t even find the correct size in the system. Then, instead of issuing a store credit as I clearly asked, she refunded the money back to my husband’s card — which I didn’t have with me. This made it impossible for me to reorder the shoes for my child right away. Cashiers should be properly trained to handle such basic transactions, especially before the busy holiday season. I’m very unhappy with the service I received today.
