  Tremendous experience working with Feri at Tudor. She did an amazing job securing me the piece I wanted, even though it wasnt the easiest to get. Two days later I requested another piece and almost immediately she had it secured for me. I also spoke to the Rolex professionals to request a piece after buying a couple Tudor watches and they were top notch and very knowledgeable. I am already excited to get another piece from 1916. Would 10/10 recommend. Professionals from top to bottom.

  I’ve frequently walked past The 1916 Company while shopping in the area, always keeping a Tudor in the back of my mind. To celebrate a personal milestone, I finally decided to step inside. I was immediately welcomed and introduced to Dean, a Tudor specialist. Dean was the definition of professional. While I initially came in for a Royal that wasn't currently in stock, Dean went above and beyond by letting me try on the one he was wearing so I could get a feel for it. However, once he introduced me to the Black Bay One, my plans completely shifted. After taking some time to think it over, I returned the same day to make the purchase. The hospitality was top-notch: from the espresso and water to the patient, no-pressure environment. I couldn't be happier leaving with a new timepiece on my wrist. Huge thanks to Dean for his expertise; I’ll definitely be back for my next one!

  What an amazing experience shopping at the 1916 company with Valeri. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on the jewelry and time pieces on display at this store. She was personal and went out of her way to not only get me the vintage watch I’ve been wanting for a while and make me feel like a VIP client my first time there. Most high end jewelry stores give first time shoppers a cold, undesirable experience. This place was different and Valeri is a huge reason for that. Her personal touch and service has earned my business for anything related to time pieces and jewelry for myself and my loved ones. Thank you Valeri!! I look forward to my next visit here.
