  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Alex went above and beyond from the very beginning. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I came in looking for a special gift for my mom—specifically the Meta smart glasses—and Alex guided me through every single step with incredible attention to detail. She took the time to explain all the features, made sure I fully understood how they worked, and helped me choose the perfect option without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and friendly approach. If you’re visiting Ray-Ban, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex—you won’t regret it.

  Fantastic service- Ten stars! I was exploring sunglass options with my 17 year old son when Kalle asked if he could clean my sunglasses. Kalle took the time to shine them, screw the loose frames and adjust them for me. For my son to witness what amazing customer service and courtesy looks like from another man was a legit life lesson! We are both so impressed by Kalle!

  I had such a great experience with Skye and Maddy. I did run into a few delays with my order, but throughout the entire process they were both incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to keep me updated and made sure I always knew what was going on, which really made a difference. Even with the delays, I never felt stressed because Skye and Maddy handled everything so professionally while still being warm and friendly. It honestly felt like they truly cared, and I knew I was in good hands from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend visiting this store and asking for either Skye or Maddy to help you. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and they genuinely make the shopping experience so much better.

  Horrible customer service. The person that was working was not helpful. Had questions about the AI glasses she basically ignored me and moved on to another customer. There was a customer that was more helpful than the girl there.
