  Upon entering everyone greeted! However my mom told me they were laughing at us! I kind of noticed it as well! One of them was nice & smiling but not all! My mom and I both are dentists! We have a lot of LV bags! We walked in and were looking around we didnt much time to buy anything but I just wanted to look around! I asked the price of the bag to one lady & she told us the price which my mom guessed it right. She said to her “she knows she should work here” No thanks she is a dentist she doesnt wanna work here! Also, I referred to the purse and said I really like this one. She said ya its very nice I have it but mine is bigger. I thought that was mocking! Like ok? Why are you telling the customer that ohh u have the bigger one in this? First, you are not the owner of LV, if u were u wouldnt be working at the store! So stop judging people and laughing at people.

  Louis Vuitton at Fashion Island is a pillar of the Newport Beach luxury retail experience. I've been here many times with clients — particularly buyers from out of the area who are new to OC and want to get a feel for the lifestyle. The boutique experience is world-class, the staff is well-trained and appropriately attentive, and the product selection is always current. I've referred clients here for travel accessories, handbags, and leather goods as transaction gifts over the years. The proximity to the finest real estate in Newport Beach makes it a natural destination. Shopping here after a successful closing has become something of a tradition in my practice.

  Worst experience we have ever had with Edna and Jennifer. We had an issue with a return and accounting was suppose to contact us with Jennifer to follow up and no one ever did. It seems like they were being racist towards us and just not helpful. Will never ever step foot in this place ever again. Worst customer service, worst manager and worst sales person we have ever encountered. Very disappointing!
