  No greeting , no help , so disappointed. I love their jewelry! But will never be purchasing from this location. Will gladly be driving to palm desert for the GREAT customer service.

  First time shopping at this location and I wish it could have been a better experience. Two ladies working, one was helping out another customer and the other was at the register. No greeting when I walked in. However, another customer walked in and the lady at the register greeted her right away and asked if she needed help. I was there for 5 minutes without getting asked if I needed any assistance. Definitely going to continue shopping at the Spectrum location.
