  I highly recommend The 1916 Company (Hyde Park) Newport Beach location as "The Go-To" location if you are interested in purchasing a Rolex time piece. The Rolex boutique truly reflects the exclusivity and timeless elegance of the Rolex brand. I was assisted by Erica who not only made the registration process reflecting my interest in a time piece incredibly easy but also the subsequent purchase. There are many authorized distributors of the Rolex brand who will simply take you name, tell you they'll be in touch but have no interest in getting to know you or to really help you identify the time piece that's right for you. While I had a very good idea of the time piece that I was looking for, Erica helped me validate that by offering very helpful suggestions and posing questions that validated my choice. All done in a calm, warm, professional manner. If you're looking to purchase a Rolex, please do ask for Erica. You will be well rewarded. You will also be in a great place that is very much focused on securing the time piece you are looking for with the best in customer satisfaction top of mind.

  Valerie Wilshire at the 1916 company was incredibly helpful and welcoming. My girlfriend and I came in to look at rings and watches and to get our fingers sized. Valerie taught us about what makes a good diamond and showed us all the shapes and metal colors we were interested in. She went above and beyond in finding loose stones (diamonds, deep blue sapphires, and crimson rubies) for us to see. Thank you all for your time and service.

  Came here with the intention of buying a Pre-Owned Daytona On Ousterflex they had…Worst experience ever. I walked early morning no customers but me and was completely ignored. Started walking around to see if I can find it myself but eventually was approached by a Lady which asked me if I needed help. I told her I was looking for that specific watch and she replied with “Rolexes are in that shoe horse looking thing” and walked away to start talking to another co-worker. I saw the watch and was standing there for another good 10 minutes. I walked out of there and went to Bucherer in South Coast Plaza which I HIGHLY recommend. I was treated like a VIP and Emma and the Manager went above and beyond. Walked out with my Daytona “Ghost” Reference 116519LN
