I walked early morning no customers but me and was completely ignored. Started walking around to see if I can find it myself but eventually was approached by a Lady which asked me if I needed help. I told her I was looking for that specific watch and she replied with “Rolexes are in that shoe horse looking thing” and walked away to start talking to another co-worker. I saw the watch and was standing there for another good 10 minutes. I walked out of there and went to Bucherer in South Coast Plaza which I HIGHLY recommend. I was treated like a VIP and Emma and the Manager went above and beyond. Walked out with my Daytona “Ghost” Reference 116519LN
