I did run into a few delays with my order, but throughout the entire process they were both incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to keep me updated and made sure I always knew what was going on, which really made a difference. Even with the delays, I never felt stressed because Skye and Maddy handled everything so professionally while still being warm and friendly. It honestly felt like they truly cared, and I knew I was in good hands from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend visiting this store and asking for either Skye or Maddy to help you. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and they genuinely make the shopping experience so much better.

Alex, I think was her name, was very patient with me as I was looking for a pair of glasses for not only myself but my mom as well. She advised me on what style would sit nicely on my face and gave me lots of options to choose from. She was even able to bring the sides of the glasses in to fit my abnormally small head. She asked me lots of questions to help me find the best pair for my mom that would fit her style. She has a great eye for style and trend. Would 100% go back and ask for her help and expertise again. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 5 stars, ask for Alex!

The girl (Skye) on the floor was very helpful. Gave me options as to what I should go for , especially since I was looking for glasses to put my prescription on . What really stood out was the customer service — they didn’t rush me, explained all the lens options, and even made sure the fit was adjusted just right before I left. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for authentic Ray-Bans and great service.
