  I went to exchange for different sizes and the sales person at Fashion Island location was so disrespectful. She did not even look for online options and told me just to return it. I really liked the one that I bought so wanted to exchange it but now I do not want to purchase anything there. She is so unprofessional and rude. So disappointed!

  Beautiful new store, but disappointing service. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all during my visit. For a luxury brand, basic attentiveness should be standard. Hoping this improves with better staff training.

  Had a fantastic experience at the cafe! Excellent coffee, their baked goods were delicious (highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie!) , and an incredibly friendly staff. Ralph's Coffee was the cherry on a sun-day of successful shopping.

  I visited this coffee shop twice and unfortunately didn’t get any coffee either time. The first time, I arrived around 7:30 PM, but I was told they were already closed, even though Google Maps clearly stated they were open until 8:00 PM. The second time was on a Sunday 5.20 evening. I was standing in line, then briefly stepped away to use the restroom and returned to my place. Security told me they were closing. Since I had already been in line, I went inside, but a security guard and the manager approached me and told me to leave because I was “not at the end of the line,” even though I had been there before and only stepped away for the restroom. The mall security guard actually recognized me and knew I had been there, but the manager still refused to allow me to stay, and I was asked to leave again. In any case, people should be aware that even if you make the effort to come here, you may end up standing in a long line and still not be served, with the doors simply being closed in front of you.
