  Let's just say I will never be shopping at this store again. A sales clerk who I think was actually the store manager was so rude I actually set down my intended purchases and left. If I had had any inkling that asking her to do her job would have bothered her so much...Think pretty woman.. big mistake..big huge.

  experience at the Alo Yoga store in Fashion Island! The store itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and filled with high-quality activewear that feels luxurious and performs even better. I always leave feeling inspired to hit a yoga class or just elevate my everyday style. What truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service from Nadine. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect pieces. Nadine took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole process fun and stress-free. Her warm personality and attention to detail turned a regular shopping trip into something special—she’s a true asset to the team! Thank you, Alo Yoga, for creating such amazing products and employing staff like Nadine who go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back soon! Los

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Alo store. I placed an order for in-store pickup and received an email saying my item was “ready for pickup.” However, when I arrived, I was told the item was no longer available. The staff even mentioned that another customer wanted the same item and couldn’t get it either — but that doesn’t explain why I never received any email or notification beforehand. My app still showed “Ready for pickup,” so I made a trip for nothing. This was extremely frustrating and feels very unprofessional. If the item wasn’t available, I should have been notified immediately instead of being misled by the app and email.

  Things have definitely changed at this location, and it no longer has the upscale, high-end feel it once had. Culture is everything in retail, and something has shifted noticeably. The newer staff over the past several months don’t reflect the polished, service-focused vibe I’ve come to expect in the Newport area. From the moment I walked in, the overall presentation,both in appearance and customer engagement,felt very different. Almost Like a DEI hire. The level of service was not what I’ve experienced in the past, and the professionalism just wasn’t there. I recently visited the Scottsdale location, and the contrast really stood out. Overall, it feels like the focus on high-quality service and a polished in-store experience has declined. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of the changes and will likely avoid this location going forward.
