  My husband went to this store to do a return for me but he ended up exchanging the items for awesome stuff because he was helped by someone named Brittany - He said Brittany was so nice, so helpful and just a kind person... which is unheard of at an Alo... most Alo employees, at any store, are the worst... well not Brittany... she rocked!! Five stars for her!

  Love this store! Everything here makes me feel stylish and sporty at the same time. Great selection, good quality, and super comfortable pieces. It’s one of those places where you find things you actually want to wear every day. Definitely coming back!

  I had a great customer service experience—my exchange was handled smoothly with no issues at all. The service was so exceptional that I ended up purchasing additional items. Truly superb service!

  Never come back! I just visited this store with my daughter (9 yo) and we had a very unpleasant experience. She was holding a small pink bag when a sales assistant suddenly rushed over, snatched it out of her hands, she said I have to sell it to someone and walked away. It was incredibly rude, and no one even bothered to apologize. We definitely won't be coming back.

  Let's just say I will never be shopping at this store again. A sales clerk who I think was actually the store manager was so rude I actually set down my intended purchases and left. If I had had any inkling that asking her to do her job would have bothered her so much...Think pretty woman.. big mistake..big huge.
