  I visited La Mine D’or today to have a look at two different pieces that I’ve been thinking about. A Longines Hydro-Conquest GMT and a Rolex Air-King. It was a pleasure speaking with Kimberly today about various Longines pieces. I understand it’s a new brand in the store and she was very knowledgable about the various complications that they offer. Nothing but smiles from the minute I walked in. Following that conversation I had one of the most inviting experiences that I’ve had in a Rolex boutique. Unfortunately, there was no Air-King on exhibition but Michael was happy to show me a GMT Master II that I wore while I was offered coffee, sparkling water, and chocolate. He provided me with some great information about the Rolex brand and time piece allocation. He even sent me on my way with a Rolex magazine! Looking forward to returning the next time I’m in the city to follow up about that Air-King!

  I experienced incredible customer service here. Michael worked with me to find a specific watch - he went above and beyond throughout the process. I also never felt pressured or rushed. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I can't say enough good things about Michael's service or the store itself.

  I have made my last three purchases from client advisor Jenny Lindsay. She listened to me and gave us great advice on my purchases. There was no pushing to buy this or that, it was listening and guidance. If you are looking for a watch or jewelry, I would highly recommend Jenny on your next purchase.

  I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at La Mine D’Or, and in particular Kim with Rolex who has always made it feel like a special occasion anytime we stop in to see what Rolex are on display. They always go above and beyond with their customer service. I recently acquired my first Rolex, and couldn’t have picked a better place to purchase it from, or a better person to work with than Kim, who made it the special occasion it was for me.
