  My first time here but I will be back. Huge selection of footwear and I got a great price on some Sketchers. Service was super friendly as well!

  Over priced and the sneakers don't last. Purchased new sneakers for the kids for school. Sneakers lasted 2 weeks and are already falling apart. Pieces ripped completely off the sneakers

  Thank you for amazing service Tayo!! The return was made smoothly. I had purchased Uggs online, they ended up being different shades (it happens) but when I picked up in store I had only looked at one and paid to have them protected. When I returned to the store the next day explaining that I would like a refund for my shoes and the 13.99 ish I paid for the protection, he was quick to help. It was just so refreshing to have friendly customer service. I felt like they valued me as a customer.

  A store with disgusting advertising practices, but a wide selection of shoes. Be sure to double-check with the staff what they actually mean by their promotions. They lure customers in with non-transparent discounts—they write one thing, but mean another. ​Major Strengths: ​Great variety and selection of footwear. ​Major Complaints: ​Dishonest, misleading, and deceptive marketing/promotional tactics. ​Lack of transparency regarding sale terms and actual discount values. ​Advice to Other Shoppers: ​Always verify promotional details directly with store staff before making a purchase to avoid unexpected prices at checkout.
