Today’s visit exceeded my expectations, I was so impressed with my experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get through many sizes and endless options, I have never felt so appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend this location and would happily make the trip to Fredericton for all my lulu apparel . I wish I had the 3 staff members names to give proper credit. Best customer service ever!

Bought pants from LuLu Lemon in Las Vegas last April. Wore them one time and a tear was made on the left thigh. I have no idea how this happened because I wasn’t doing anything other than driving the car to church and back. Perhaps my car keys poked out, I’m not sure In any event, there are no LuLu Lemon stores within 700km where I live. So I put them aside and (because I knew they had lifetime warranty) I told myself when I go somewhere with a store Well today I brought them to the LuLu Lemon in Fredericton, and showed them the tear. The employee (who was nice enough but bound by foolish policies) told me that they recently changed their warranty policies and no longer offer lifetime I asked her to clarify if that went retroactively on sales made, or going forward. She was firm in telling me it’s retroactive to all sales. I asked how could they sell someone a product and later change the terms of the warranty agreement. The response was to the effect of ‘I don’t know, that’s what we’ve been told’. No offer for credit, exchange, repair, or discount on a shirt I was planning on buying during that visit was offered to compensate. So I have 18 month old pants with a life time warranty, that were worn once, and now useless because the supposed lifetime warranty was voided after the fact. Now if that doesn’t sound shady idk what does. Imagine buying a car with 10 year warranty and 3 years into it, them telling you after you bought the car the terms changed Anyway, my wife and I have spent good money in the past at LuLu but we won’t be returning. With the prices in there being so exorbitant, I would expect better customer care. We were impressed with buying LuLu in the past because of the warranty but turns out it was a bait and switch

Great news, the store just opened on Nov 12. This is the second lululemon in NB, and it is bigger than the store in Moncton. In addition, the staffs are very friendly. Cannot wait for our second visiting next time
