- JVJay-R Velasco2 days ago5.0Danica, the manager on duty was amazing. I asked if I could remove the insole of the shoes so I can get a better fit using my orthotics and she did not hesitate. She made sure that I get everything I need and more. The staff I asked before did not let me, maybe because he wasn't aware that it's ok to remove the insoles so I don't blame him. I ended up buying 2 pairs except of just one because of her excellent customer service. Great job, Danica!
- ADAmanda DouglasMay 12, 20261.0Purchased items at the store on Monday May 11 th your employees who were working the afternoon shift, specifically around 2 pm are rude and pissy. Had to ask for help multiple Times just to be ignored. You all were snobby. Take it down a notch you might be lulu lemon but you’re retail. We spent almost $500 in there so stop acting like you are too good to help your customers. Not one of you was redeeming what so ever and you looked Like hated working there and everyone was bothering. Worst customer service in a store I’ve ever seen.
- BBBMApr 25, 20261.0I typically go to Lululemon before business trips and get a few outfits. Today when I went in I was greeted 4 times by 4 different people within 2 minutes. Each time having to explain “no thanks just looking”. One guy kept following me, asking if I needed a size, I say “no”, asking if I needed a different colour, I say “no”. Asking if there’s anything specific I was looking for. Like at what point do you not get the hint? Stop harassing your customers. I don’t need help, made that clear. I don’t want to chat, made that clear. I ended up putting everything down and walked out.
