So when your with your kids on the top floor you pass by the unopen fitting room then take the escalator down to the bottom. Then God forbid they don't fit. We're all exhausted and don't want to go back upstairs to get another size and then go back to the fitting room to try it on. Such a drag b/c jcPenny is my spot

I arrived for curbside pickup and was given the wrong item. To report the mistake, we briefly went inside and remained in the curbside spot. This location only has one designated curbside parking space. While the issue was being corrected, another customer complained and, instead of resolving the situation appropriately, the associate asked us to move, stating we were “no longer curbside,” even though the mistake originated with the store. Experiences like this highlight the importance of consistent customer service and clear curbside procedures. Customers who choose to shop in-store or use curbside pickup should feel supported, not inconvenienced. Improved training and additional curbside capacity would go a long way.
