- GRGeny RodriguezDec 6, 20251.0I stopped by earlier and had asked one of the workers if they could kindly check any of their other locations if they have the size I needed. They were rude and said they don’t call other Windsor locations, I told them that my regular store in El Cajon calls other locations when needed. She said they don’t call other stores and to just check online. I tried my best to find the size I needed online and rushed to the Windsor in El Cajon. Astrid the store manager, and the other girls there are always sweet, kind, welcoming and ready to assist you with any concerns. They were able to find the dress I needed, they always go above and beyond to help me the most they can at every visit

A sales associate told my friends (paying customers btw) that they closed at 9pm. We come back at 7:45pm so I can try ONE top on and purchase it. That same associate turns me away from the fitting room because they actually closed at 8pm. Rather than owning the mistake she made and letting me take 2 minutes to try a top on, I suffered the consequence. Also failed to tell us the fitting room closes earlier than the shop hours. So even if she did tell us the right time, we would’ve been turned down regardless. Just a really disappointing experience.

I went over to look at some shoes in another area and associate comes all the way from register to ask if I needed her to put the jewelry at the register while I finish looking around(as if I was going to steal some $9.50 jewelry) so I will never spend another dime at this place on anything.
