What really impressed me was that she took the time to call the warranty customer service line herself to make sure everything was handled correctly. Because of her extra effort, I’m getting my sunglasses replaced with a brand-new pair. Daniela has top-tier customer service skills and is genuinely helpful. Highly recommend seeing her!"
