The sale selections were great, and Jasmine, Leila, and Maria made the experience even better. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything and pointing me in the right direction. I really felt valued as a customer. Definitely coming back next month!

Nachdem wir uns für ein Leinenhemd und eine Hose entschieden haben gingen wir zur Kasse zum bezahlen. Dort angekommen haben wir das genau gleiche Leinenhemd auf der offiziellen Ralph Lauren Website für den halben Preis gefunden. Anstatt 139Dollar sollte es online nur 79 Dollar kosten. Den Verkäufer darauf angesprochen meinte er dass er uns den Discount geben würde und uns den Online ausgeschriebenen Preis verkaufen würde. Als dann aber sein Chef vorbei kam und er ihn fragte lehnte er es ab und gab uns zu verstehen, dass wir nur 15% Rabatt auf die 139 Dollar erhalten sollten wir uns für den Newsletter anmelden. Auf die trotzige Reaktion haben wir uns entschieden nichts zu kaufen und werden das Produkt online kaufen. Eine Erfahrung die enttäuscht hat und uns das Konzept der Outlets von RL hinterfragen lässt. Warum stellt man sich als Outlet da wenn man auf der offiziellen Online Website bessere Preise erhält? Lächerliche Erfahrung und uns hat dieser Store an diesem Tag und an jedem kommenden als Kunden verloren. Schade denn wir wären wieder gekommen.
