  Ordered new luggage, from Macy's NYC, while on vacation. Took the piece I needed back to hotel, the remainder was delivered home today. The zipper on large piece is faulty. Called the Napa Samosonite Outlet to explore my options. Debbie was exemplary. She provided a wealth of information; was completely candid in her description of routes available. And, even when it seemed clear that my product correction route would involve neither her nor her store, continued to encourage me to use the most effective route, and to use her store as my next option. Debbie's candor, knowledge base, and consistently pleasant demeanor is exactly the way I want to interact with in the retail world. What a refreshing and magnificent example of customer service!!
