- MSMandy SDec 14, 20251.0I walked into the store, likes a coat, tried it on, asked for the price and the associate Adriana just said it’s 70% off the ticket price. I said could you help me with the math? She was on her phone and completely ignored my request. I walked to the register and asked how I can get my size and mentioned it would be nice if you could help but since you did not, I prefer not to shop at this location. No apologies, no nothing. Just an OK! Disappointed with my experience at this store in Napa Premium Outlets!
