Once I did get assistance, Austin stepped in and handled my ammo purchase smoothly, so I appreciate that. That said, the rating reflects not just this visit but my overall experience with the company, including a previous issue that still hasn’t been addressed by corporate. Service can be inconsistent, and until that improves, it’s hard to rate this place higher.

Cuz I drive from hemet..but they just hang up on the customers waiting..wow.. so, I go where the customer service is better..sad cuz this was my go to store..
