- BPBobbie PoindexterDec 25, 20252.0Received an Edible Arrangements gift basket delivery on Christmas Eve. The minute I opened the cellophane bag the smell of spoiled fruit overpowered the air. Strawberries were either unripe or decaying. The pineapple stars were cut from a very tiny unripe pineapple that lacked the golden color of a ripened pineapple. Even the tips on the stars didn't have enough pineapple to bite. The pineapple stars were mainly unripened core that was dry and bitter to the taste. As for the rotten cantaloupe and honeydew melon, it appeared that this fruit had been frozen and thawed out. It showed decaying matter. It looked and reeked like spoiled fruit. It was when I tasted the melons that it became evident that this fruit basket was made with all spoiled fruit. Due to unfavorable rainy weather, risky driving conditions and early store closing time I couldn't take this basket back to them. Christmas is tomorrow and now I can't return this basket until Friday. Dealing with this spoiled fruit basket spoiled my holiday cheer. So happy I discovered that the Edible Arrangements fruit basket was rotten fruit before my grandkids started eating it on tomorrow, Christmas Day. Not understanding why the person who made this basket at the store did not inspect the fruit for freshness. The food/health department might need to pay this store a visit.

My grandmother has allergies to strawberries so Luis spoke with his wife (who would be making the arrangement) and she made accommodations to ensure I had the perfect arrangement that met my grandmothers allergy needs. They really went above and beyond to create the perfect arrangement and overall provided the best customer service I've experienced!
