- NSNemat SDec 6, 20251.0I’m very disappointed with the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s. Be aware: if you buy sunglasses or eyewear online and pick them up here, they will NOT take them back if you open the package. Their reasoning is that “you opened the box,” which makes absolutely no sense. How am I supposed to know if the item is broken or defective without opening it? Thanks to the Macy’s manager who helped me out — otherwise I would have been stuck dealing with Sunglass Hut’s very poor customer service. This policy is completely unreasonable and not customer-friendly at all. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere with a fair return policy.

Made sure it was proper for me; and that I was satisfied with the adjustment. And gave me tips on care. Ask for Jonathan at the Sunglass Hut at Macy's.

- IMIs “Emen13” MtzMay 12, 20161.0I had one of the worst experiences while at sunglass hit, I came in to make a return, 2 ladies just kept looking at me like saying I was too poor to buy there, when showed her my receipt she said "What the he'll is this" haha why would she say that? she cleaned the glasses and said there was a scratch there, which I made sure it didn't have one before returning them... no greeting, no good bye, nothing... I'm not going back to this store, will not recommend to anyone
