- AAAHDec 19, 20215.0Oh my gosh, what a great customer service experience and that is rare to say these days. I went there to find replacement lenses for my very hard to find Ray Ban Wayfarer 52's. Of course they didn't have them but instead the assistant Rico told me about the " oops" warranty that I didn't know about. Because it had been less than a year I could turn in my broken glasses and they would give me 50% towards a new pair. Shauna the manager took over from there and customized the same, hard to find glasses for me with polarized lenses. She not only took care of the order but gave me 30% off using a promo for all the issues I had had previously with another sunglass hut in Macy's and all the run around. It gets better, then they were having a promo buy one, get one 50% off. So, from their amazing knowledge of store promos and products my husband and I are receiving ( my custom order is being shipped to my house) 2 brand new pairs of polarized Wayfarers for 220.00 total!! I basically got a pair for free. Merry Christmas to us. Thank you Shauna and Rico for your amazing customer service, knowledge, good mood and attentiveness for us and others that were in the store. That just doesnt happen amymore in retail. PS, Shauna's Christmas sweater was great!
