  The return process was unnecessarily awkward and unprofessional. Watching Stephanie smell the clothing to decide whether it had been worn was beyond ridiculous and frankly inappropriate. Since when is sniff-testing part of customer service? Returns that clearly follow the store’s policy should not feel like an interrogation. Instead of being helpful, this approach makes customers feel judged and unwelcome. If the goal is to discourage shoppers from returning—or from coming back at all—this is certainly one way to do it.

  At this location they are so weird. I had bought things from them in the past dresses and cute tops, but the employees are always in a mood and always give you this annoyed judgmental look and tone when they talk to you. They are not helpful whatsoever. If you ask a question they make you feel dumb, They look at each other and kind of give this look. I recently went to buy me and my sister matching tops for our going out weekend. I love the way my top looked but my sisters didn’t fit so she told me to go return and I did. She did not wear it out. She literally just tried it out and put it back in the bag and they were complaining that it smelt like perfume and that next time they won’t be able to return an item if it smells like perfume, which is interesting because I’ve gotten items that smell like perfume have a glitter when it doesn’t and have stains and even pulled thread which is why I always return my items from here. I don’t know if they have something again me but it’s not my fault. Their items are always manufactured wrong or simply didn’t fit.

  Very rude customer service from the only two associates during the morning shift. I was the only one there and was ignored. I asked for a dressing room and associates didn’t even acknowledge me. Won’t be going back

  I wouldn’t shop in here , there customer service is horrible!!!!Very rude manager and staff . I was ready to purchase a dress in line and two cashiers were present. One I believe was the manager and saw us waiting in line while talking with a couple of “friends I believe” about other stuff that has to do nothing with shopping. 10 min later. The other finished cashing out a customer and left back to the changing room … while the manger just kept looking at us and kept talking to the pair of 3 friends … they were showing her Instagram pictures on there phone and laughing. Got tired and I instead put the dress on the rack and left . 12am Regardless said it wasn’t busy n service there sucks . Santa Clarita has wayy better service then here .
