- DCdania cSep 22, 20255.0Came in to the store today to shop for sales, it didn't disappoint especially for great quality. At checkout a new associate, Jackie attend to us with great customer service. Jackie co-associates were supportive during check out. Overall, the store was clean and organized.

She did not greet us with a smile. I understand it’s not LV where they treat me like a Princess lol however you still expect a smile from a store employee. Especially the manager. Her tone was unfriendly as she explained the exchange policy. 30 days from online purchase. Okay. I’ll give away my purchases. As we’re exiting the store, my daughter and I were having a closed conversation where she said the store policy was bad. I don’t think so, but my daughter is entitled to her opinion. Anyways, the manager of this store yells over to us and says “it’s not bad. It’s company policy”. One, we were not speaking to her so she was ease dropping. Two, it is not her place to argue with a customers opinion while she is on the clock. She was very unprofessional. We left without joining her theatrics. How embarrassing for her. Hope she enjoys being a manager at Express! lol
