We got my engagement and wedding rings from this store back in 2012 and they have always had excellent customer service when it comes to cleanings and minor repairs. Recently I had major damage to my rings that was beyond repair. I needed to send my rings in from out of state, and then on to the vendor. Amanda was there every step of the way to help me with the process—giving me updates and explaining my options. I received them back today after being remade and they look absolutely perfect! THANK YOU AMANDA!
