Now, I usually give grace during the holiday season as I know it can be crazy but this was ridiculous. We did schedule an appointment for 3:00 and did get in by 3:15. That’s good. We went through our photo session and it was pretty quick. Even better. We were told 15 minutes and photos will be ready to view. Almost an hour later we were able to view and check out. I have to preface with we had small children with us (some as young as 16 months) and any Mother knows how a small child can be waiting so long can be challenging in itself. It was miserable. You can do better JCPenney.

Now, the customer must supply the coupon barcode from their phone app for the cashier to scan. Not as convenient, but I’ll adapt.
