  I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to Shay and a great team behind her. From the moment I walked in, Shay made me feel welcomed and genuinely took the time to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Instead of just pointing me to a display, I was walked through several different styles, explaining what looked best with my face shape and helping me step outside of my comfort zone to try a few options I normally wouldn’t have picked. I didn’t realize it was so much to glasses I will say that much. What really stood out was Shay’s patience and positive attitude I can be a bit much some times asking questions when I don’t understand, I definitely learned a lot today. I tried on quite a few pairs, and Shay stayed engaged the entire time, giving honest feedback and making the whole process fun instead of rushed just to make a sale. It felt like shopping with my best friend who truly wanted me to leave happy with my choice. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—professional, friendly, and attentive. Shay clearly knows the products well and genuinely cares about helping customers find something they love. I left with glasses that are amazing for the upcoming season and cleaning spray to help keep them fresh since I do get buildup putting them on my head. They currently have a buy 1 get 1 sale so I for sure left with 2. I absolutely plan on coming back real soon. If you’re looking for great sunglasses and an even better shopping experience, I highly recommend stopping by Sunglass Hut and asking for Shay located in the mall upstairs.

  Ray-Ban repair. I can not remember the young people who helped us. They did an excellent job! My wife's glasses need a new post. The other pair needed adjustments. One went to the two lower level stores to check if they had the part. The other clerk did the adjustments. They took my number and called me when it was ready. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond! She didn't have to do that! Thank you!
