  They have a policy that is pretty scamming. I tried returning a dress today with the tag and receipt and the old rude lady would not give me a refund because the tag was not attached to the dress even though the dress was obviously unworn and still brand new. Mind you she lets me do an exchange, and she attaches the tag back on the dress herself and puts it back on the floor. So I can’t get my money back because the tag wasn’t attached but you can just attach it yourself and put it back on the floor for full price? So basically the policy is just in place so they can take the extra step to keep your money.

  They are never open, next door stores said they only open when they want too and only for 2 hours or so. Very disappointed.

  Encla a associate at windsdor location was giving such rude attitude as soon as I walked in the door I went in for a return on a pair of boots she refused to give me a refund and was just standing their moaning and repeating that she wasn't gonna do the return I called online support they said you are able to do returns and when I walked back into the store on the phone with the online support she was on lunch and came out asking what she can help me with after another nice associate was helping me do the return with no questions asked So rude and disrespectful for a employee to treat clients who always visit their location to be treated in such way
