  The salesperson Daniel was really nice and very helpful. He grabbed mine and my girlfriend’s shoe sizes and color that we wanted. We felt terrible about when he was tying our shoes to get a perfect fit. Then at the last minute, we decided on a different color. I felt like a jerk doing that to him, but I’m happy to say he did everything we asked for. He had a great attitude and he was really fast.

  Victoria is the best. Great vibes. Can lace a shoe in 52 seconds. Will end up in the Guinness World Record Book one day, both for shoe lacing and really great customer service. Thanks for helping me figure out that your feet aren't supposed to be crushed inside of your shoes. :)

  I came in today and the store was empty and my wife decided to try on some shoes, I asked the worker (mike)for the shoe I wanted and then more people came in, he got busy, I understand. Then another worker by the name of Chris "female" walked by and. We tried to get her attention, completely ignored. OK they got busy, but the weird part was that we came in first and they helped everyone else that came in after. And then the worker had to ask chris after she ignored us, that we needed a shoe. She literally had done 2 laps in the store after we had gotten ignored. She also brought out the wrong shoe. I just chose to not get the shoes for my wife and left. And by the way mike was busting his chops in there, he was alone at times and still made the extra effort to help out everyone. 10/10
