- DDDomDec 8, 20251.0I was trying to return my Prada sunglasses twice, and the first time I went downstairs in Vintage Faire Mall and went to building B and was speaking with a sales associate named KIARA, Kiara is insanely rude to her customers and staff, she’s irresponsible and didn’t help me what so ever with my return, she glared at me along with her male co worker… I was told to write this review due to her ability to harass and bully customers, and make there day worse… I was told she is a very very self centered sales associate and I would NOT reccomend to go to THE DOWNSTAIRS BUILDING… PLEASE go upstairs!!! They are lovely!! And actually help you!! Upfront and honest review :)!
