  Went to buy a Cartier perfume for Father’s Day. Mana was helping as the customer service at Nordstrom. Unfortunately she gift wrapped an empty box by mistake she apologized later on. But it was such a shame since it was a gift!

  Nordstrom continues to provide great service along with a vast selection in all departments! The customer service at the Mission Viejo Nordstrom provided an incredible experience for me and a perfect example of their above and beyond philosophy. Stephanie and Karen were so friendly, professional and willing to help me with my online order at the store. Their willingness and warmth was praiseworthy. Thank you!

  I've been going to the Nordstrom in Mission Viejo for sometime, and the one thing that stood out to me was not the fragrances, but the horrendous attitude of the fragrance salespeople there. I want to clarify that I am not referring to all of them, rather a small handful. They are somehow able to turn what should be an enjoyable experience, into an unpleasant one. They are entitled, rude, condescending, and pretentious. And of course, they have their attack dogs at the most popular fragrances there. The only reason two stars are given and not a one star, is because they have an okay selection.
