- KHKrista HyattNov 10, 20231.0I’m extremely disappointed with the sales associate at this store when I came in today at 5pm to return a pair a of heels that were UNWORN to tell me that they have been worn when I didn’t wear them. They were clean, no scrapes and the price tag was on there and no damage. I keep explaining to them that there is small very minimal marks (which was like that before I bought them) because people ask for their size to TRY IT ON. Anytime anyone buys a pair of shoes at a store people try them on and walk around in them to test out. It’s never 100% perfect when purchasing a pair of shoes. She was also very rude and clearly doesn’t understand. Avoid this store.

- RCrose chaconMay 17, 20171.0Extremely rude and condescending ~ I called to confirm that a pair of shoes were on hold for me as I was headed out to the mall to purchase them (I wanted to make sure it was mission viejo steve madden and not another store that I had put the shoes on hold with) ~ she told me she didnt know if they were on hold because she had just gotten there and i had to ask her if she could please check...then at the conclusion of the conversation I said Ok thank you so much see you in a bit and she said YEP an hung up ... Just rude customer service skills. No common courtesy. If i could give zero stars i would ~

I hate being "that customer" because i work in customer service too, ive even worked at this mall before so i get it, but i went in to return some boots to echange them and i asked 3 employees for help on sizing and all they said was "at the top of my head i just don't know" and then i asked "are any of these heels a size __?" And they just went "no none of them sorry." Like... Ive gotten heels there in my size before. So... They lied because they didnt want a sale. Definitely not the steve madden store to go to.
