- DGDaisy GonzalezAug 13, 20251.0Express is an awful company. It’s no wonder stores keep closing down. They look after their own benefit and don’t make accommodations for customers. I bought 2 pairs of denim in length S and they were so long I paid 40 for a hem on one and wanted to exchange to work pants in a length S that fit perfect and they wouldn’t make the exchange. How ridiculous is that. Mind you the denim is still full price on their website and the work pants are the same price. Make it make sense. Good luck staying in business
- GSGregory SimmonsJul 28, 20251.0They incorrectly marketed the boxer sizes and now I have $138 in boxers I cant wear. Both in store and online refuses to do anything about it. I bought individual boxers (4” silk) and a 3 packs of performance boxers 5.5”. Per pictures, their website says M is 32-34 for underwear. On the 3 pack, there was no waist size. I previously had bought the same medium performance briefs and I compared them in below picture. New performance boxers (same style, brand, size) are 2” less in the waist than the old ones. That would make them smalls. The silk boxers I bought at the same time has the correct waist length per pictures. Both are labeled M. Maybe the manufacturer made a mistake or something but clearly it is not as advertised. I understand their underwear policy, but the mistake is on their end. I will be disputing with my credit card company. They could have done an exchange, kept me happy, and still made money. A life long customer just lost.
