- KNKhuong NguyenJan 2, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at Ralph Lauren – Great Mall. The staff were extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and inattentive. When I asked for a size, they didn’t even bother to check properly, while 4–5 employees were standing together just chatting and ignoring customers. The store itself looked messy and poorly maintained, almost like a storage or trash area, with clothes scattered everywhere. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Ralph Lauren. What shocked me the most was the discriminatory attitude. We were shopping for more than 10 items, buying for the whole family (men, women, and a child), even while it was raining heavily outside, yet we were treated with cold and unpleasant behavior. Null and her store manager’s manner was absolutely disgusting. This store clearly needs serious improvement, better training, and a review of the staff they are hiring. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of how many items they buy. I strongly do NOT recommend this location and hope corporate management takes this feedback seriously.🤬🤬🥶
