A so-called “30-minute lunch break” turned into an indefinite closure. I waited far longer than any reasonable customer should and ultimately had to leave without purchasing glasses. What is the point of running a business that stays closed during normal hours? This is blatant mismanagement, complete disregard for customers, and an embarrassment of a business operation. If the owner can afford to pay employees who don’t work, that explains why customers are treated as irrelevant. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting business practices.

There was a 26 person occupancy limit but only one customer was inside. We saw the salesperson chit chatting

Ridiculous store policy of one customer at a time meant that we got not get it even after 30 minutes of waiting.

Online ordering for pickup is 1000% broken. Don’t order online and imagine your glasses will actually be there.

I’ve never seen customer service try this hard to repel customers.
They had staff outside creating a fake line and refusing to let people in… while the store was literally empty. Not “busy,” not “almost full”—EMPTY. You could see it with your own eyes. Displays untouched. Employees inside just standing around.
What exactly was the goal here? Artificial scarcity? Power trip? Performance art?
This isn’t a nightclub, it’s a Sunglass Hut in a mall. If you don’t want people to shop, just lock the door and save everyone the time. Making people wait for no reason while nothing is happening inside is beyond ridiculous—it’s insulting.
Congrats on inventing the most unnecessary line I’ve ever witnessed. Truly impressive levels of nonsense.
