  The worst store ever. Don't even bother asking for help because they'll give you the dirtiest look. I came to buy my Christmas presents and ended up leaving empty-handed because nobody asked if I needed help, and it wasn't even that busy. They seemed happier chatting amongst themselves. By the way I drove all the way from SF to shop at this store and ended driving to the one on Livermore with a totally different pleasant experience at that location. So if you plan to go to any of the Michael Kors locations don’t even bother to go the one inside the Great Mall in Milpitas, you would regret it.

  Very nice place for shopping. Staff is very cooperative, very soft spoken, friendly, helpful. Billing is done very fast. Rush is controlled in a very disciplned way. I recomend this place for shopping

  Disappointing experience. When I arrived in line, there was no one at the register. I waited in line for assistance, and the customer ahead of me had already been waiting even longer. Eventually someone helped, but the service did not improve from there. I placed an online order while in the store, only to be told it hadn’t been packed yet. I even offered to grab the item myself to make things easier, but they refused and would not process the order. I was then told I had to wait the full 3-hour packing window or cancel the order and repurchase in-store. The most frustrating part was that I had used a coupon online, and they said they couldn’t apply it to an in-store purchase or return it to me if I canceled. The staff was very unaccommodating and unwilling to offer any solution, even though I was physically in the store and ready to leave with the item. Overall, poor customer service and inflexible policies made what should’ve been a simple purchase unnecessarily difficult.

  BAD BUILD QUALITY | NO RETURN We purchased a purse and a bag from this store during Black Friday deals. My wife used the purse just 2-3 times, and found that the leather is pealing off from the edges. When we went to return, I honestly told them the reason why we are returning: the leather pealing off ( which I shouldn't have told). After that they said that we cannot return because it's used and doesn't have original tags. HOW A Person uses a purse with tag and can't return when he didn't like the build quality. It's just an Scam. Never buy the this particular purse and if wanted to return never tell the reason and keep the original tag. We felt scammed.
