  Amazing store and we had an exchange with a gift receipt but I lost the gift receipt in the mall. Ryan was super helpful and he was able to find us the original receipt based on our last purchase and I was able to exchange it. Big thanks to Ryan!

  Fui con mi pareja a comprar unas prendas y realmente me sentí intimidado por la persona que maneja la caja registradora y también los vestidores, todo el tiempo me sentí vigilado, además muy mala atención, no saben que es responder un saludo, servicio pésimo, aun asi compre por que me gusta la ropa, pero realmente es decepcionante el servicio al cliente.

  The manager is super rude and unfriendly, their after sale service is too bad, I will never come and buy cloth there.

  Horrible customer service!, as a former sales associate you should never treat your customers like this, my boyfriend came in a day ago to buy two shirts, we went in the next day because we had realized that it had a small rip in the front, Jonathon in particular one of the supervisors, was very unprofessional in the way he was responding back, they said they could only exchange or return if the item was in good condition to sell, but that’s how they sold it to him and didn’t notice that their was a small rip on the shirt, the least they could have done was give him store credit or exchange but no instead they said we would have to buy another one, not to mention Jonathon said that he was about to clock out so they could handle it outside, so not professional.
