    I loved this mall so much. It had every single store you could imagine! It even has an escape room in it!! I wish I lived closer by so I could go to it more often

    Management needs to do something with the massge chair. Some wants to pay for the massage chair but there are people who are just sitting and refuse to leave so others can pay for the massage.

    DO NOT GO DURING THE HOLIDAYS AT ALL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ traffic to leave is a complete nightmare. 30+ wait just to get out of the parking lot (road around mall, road just outside the mall parking lot). It's borderline dangerous how bad traffic is.

    A huge mall supposedly featuring “outlet” stores. Many of the stores do function as outlets for their brands, but many don’t. But that’s okay, there’s plenty to browse through and you can spend hours there if you want to. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. The food court is decently sized and has quite a variety or food options. I sometimes go there just for lunch. But it’s hard to go and not pop in to a store or two. There’s also a multiplex movie theater and many stand alone restaurants scattered around the mall.

    Parking on Sundays is never successful because the mall does not monitor those parking and leaving to Levi’s Stadium. Takes away from shoppers and workers. Bathrooms are either out of order, dirty and smells like sewage. Some sinks had molding last time I’ve tried using them, Particularly in the food court and near the Marshalls. Good amount of well known stores but too many cheap quality stores and scammers that sell fake items and toys. Avoid the lady who runs the woven flowers and collectibles stand. She proudly sells fakes to unassuming customers and children but she’ll never let you know. When did this mall turn into the flea market?
