  I bought a pair of shoes from this store, but the size was not right. When I went back to exchange them, they refused, claiming the shoes had been worn — even though I only tried them on the same day and there was absolutely no noticeable wear. They were clearly looking for excuses to deny the exchange. The short Spanish female staff member at the counter was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service awareness. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making the entire experience even worse. This store operates with very poor integrity and provides a terrible customer experience. If you don’t want to deal with dishonesty and bad service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

  Great prices compared to online shopping. I saw a jacket that I have been eyeing for but there’s no available XS size. However, the sale associate was helpful and offered to order online in the store and ship it for free instead with the same price that they were offering at the store. I checked the online price and it was 19.48% off sale while the store offered more discount at 60%. So overall, it was worth it to go to the store. They have friendly sales associates who would check on your needs. First time shopping here and I had a good experience so far.

  If you are looking for a particular style shoe this Cole Haan outlet will have 1-2 options for that style and if ur lucky in the correct color. They will have many sizes. This shoe listed at about 200 and I got it for 120. I was looking for a brown dress shoe and this was basically the only option but was exactly what I needed so was pleased. Staff were very helpful and friendly but not pushy.
