When I went back to exchange them, they refused, claiming the shoes had been worn — even though I only tried them on the same day and there was absolutely no noticeable wear. They were clearly looking for excuses to deny the exchange. The short Spanish female staff member at the counter was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service awareness. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making the entire experience even worse. This store operates with very poor integrity and provides a terrible customer experience. If you don’t want to deal with dishonesty and bad service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

When we went in to return an item, the male employee treated us with disrespect and made a blatantly racist comment. As Chinese Americans we were told something along the lines of “you can’t return things you got fake from China.” I was stunned and flabbergasted that this could still happen today…..??? We never said we got it from China??? I wonder how this store trains their employees but it’s really sad that people still have these views… racism is alive and well folks
