  I bought a jacket a week ago, at the time it was the last piece and I was excited to find it in stock at this store. There was no tag and I did not mind, the store associate helped bill me by using a different jacket of same color. When I reached home, I noticed that the jacket had some damage that I did not catch when checking it out at the store. I came to return it back a week later and the store manager refused to refund since there is no tag and they don't have evidence if the damage existed when the item was in store or not. They went and checked the cameras that pretty much proved what I told them before, they still refused to refund and instead issued a store credit. Very disappointed with their policies, just be careful when you buy anything from this store, make sure it has a tag and there is no damage.

  I bought something at the store and the cashier put the items into a bag for me. When I got home, I realized one item was missing — a pack of men’s underwear, which also happened to be the most expensive item in my purchase that day. Since I don’t live nearby, I’m not able to go back to pick it up. 🥲
