  I entered the fitting rooms at 8:40, Jan 23rd, 2026 and was told that the fitting rooms are closed. I asked for the manager, and the manager (a young lady) told me that she has asked the staff to close the fitting rooms early. I asked her if there's a policy stating that since I as a customer was and still is under the impression that store closing time should either mention a separate time for fitting rooms or have the same time for fitting rooms as well. I as a customer wouldn't buy something without trying the item first. Extremely disappointed by the customer service. I have been a customer of American Eagle for more than 10 years but today might be the last time I step into their stores.

  Got a pair of jeans for Christmas and they started to come apart after just first wearing once. Tried returning them for at least an exchange and they refused. Says all clothing needs tags intact to accept returns. Problem is no one wears jeans while keeping tags on. Basically a brand not taking accountability when bad craftsmanship is involved with their products. These jeans were definitely poorly crafted after only wearing once. Will not get jeans here again.

  Store is really clean and easy to look for items. Sales is not as good as before but it’s still ok. Staff is nice and professional.

  Staff did not acknowledge me or offer assistance. They seemed more interested in personal conversation. Location is clean, organized, and well stocked.
