  Pleasantly surprised! This store didn't feel like an outlet at all. Very clean, well-lighted, organized, and well-stocked. I am a size 9-9.5, and they have a good selection of shoes in my size. The staff was friendly. One came up once to ask if I needed anything and left me trying on shoes on my own, which I feel more comfortable with. Before payment, they let me know the shoes I bought are clearance items and cannot be returned, and put a stamp that says the same on the receipt. I appreciated the clear communication. The shoes are cute and looks well-made. And the prices are good. The pair of shoes I bought were priced at $50 with additional 25%, so I paid about $40. I've been wearing them for about a month and am happy with the purchase. Glad to find this store that I'll definitely come back to when I or family need shoes in the future!

  I bought a pair of shoes from this store, but the size was not right. When I went back to exchange them, they refused, claiming the shoes had been worn — even though I only tried them on the same day and there was absolutely no noticeable wear. They were clearly looking for excuses to deny the exchange. The short Spanish female staff member at the counter was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service awareness. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making the entire experience even worse. This store operates with very poor integrity and provides a terrible customer experience. If you don’t want to deal with dishonesty and bad service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

  Great prices compared to online shopping. I saw a jacket that I have been eyeing for but there’s no available XS size. However, the sale associate was helpful and offered to order online in the store and ship it for free instead with the same price that they were offering at the store. I checked the online price and it was 19.48% off sale while the store offered more discount at 60%. So overall, it was worth it to go to the store. They have friendly sales associates who would check on your needs. First time shopping here and I had a good experience so far.
