  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the store manager Tiffany! She is beyond helpful and truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she was so attentive, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I had to do an exchange because I originally chose the wrong size (my mistake), but Tiffany made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She even took the time to properly fit me for the right bra size, and I left feeling so much more confident and comfortable with my purchase. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she does. Tiffany absolutely deserves a raise for the incredible service she provides! Thank you, Tiffany, for being so amazing!

  Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mom walked in to make a return and pick out new clothes. WASNT EVEN GOING TO RETURN ALL OF THE CLOTHES SHE HAD- BUT THE EMPLOYEES NEVER GAVE HER THE CHANCE TO SAY "I want to exchange or keep this item"- or "I want help looking around the store". horrific. She was so saddened because she was trying to find something nice to go with THE ITEM SHE WANTED TO KEEP. Will be contacting corporate for their LACK OF QUALITY TIME AND PROFESSIONALISM. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING 👎🏼

  I love this store! One of my favorites besides the one at Victoria Gardens. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant since I was 18. I’m 51 and I still shop at this store faithfully. I could start my own store with the inventory I have. ❤️❤️❤️

  Usually very good store. Sales person wasn't helping me enough. Left store after 20 minutes. Only tried on 3 items in that time. Very unsatified. Will be back and get another sales person.
